Care and Usage Instructions The CMBEAR Breast Shell is dishwasher-safe and can be disinfected through boiling, steam, or UV methods. To wear them properly: 1. Place the breast shell inside your bra, with the air vent positioned upwards. 2. Be cautious when bending over, as the shells may shift. 3. Every 2 hours, lean forward slightly to remove the shells, ensuring the air vents are facing upwards. 4. Pour the collected milk through the air vent into a cold storage bottle.

It is not recommended to wear the breast shells while sleeping or in a side-lying position. If you experience any skin sensitivity, discontinue use immediately.
