It's important to remember a few key points when using these breast shells: 1. Do not feed your baby with milk that has been stored in the Milk Collection Shells for too long. 2. The air vent should be placed upwards when positioning the shells in your bra. Be cautious when bending over. 3. The breast shells are designed to be worn in bras, not while sleeping or in a side-lying position.
