The 13/15/17/19/21mm breast pump flange inserts are specifically designed for 24mm Shields/Flanges and are not compatible with 27-28mm Shields/Flanges. They will narrow the nipple channel of the 24mm shield to the respective sizes. It's important to note that there are 5 different sizes, not 5 pairs.
